About The Author
Joseph M. Brown graduated in engineering at 18 years of age, then obtained a Ph.D. in engineering from Purdue University. He then spent 20 years in engineering and physics research and management for Hughes Aircraft, the Boeing Company, and the Aerospace Corp. He also taught at Mississippi State University. During the past 15 years he spent half time doing research.
